Amy Wyer

Job Duties

Amy Wyer joined Faculty Affairs in December 2021. As a Program Manager, Amy is passionate about working to fulfill the office’s mission to showcase and celebrate the scholarship, inspirational teaching, and purposeful service of Texas A&M University faculty.

Prior to joining Faculty Affairs, she worked for more than 20 years in both the private and public sector as a risk manager, and most recently leading as a school administrator within the Texas Public School system. Amy earned her undergraduate degree in occupational safety with a business management minor at Keene State College in 1993 and a master's of education in administration from Lamar University in 2018.

Away from the office, Amy especially enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, attending Texas A&M sporting events, and serving those less fortunate.
